Production

Production of scratch cards is a complex process requiring multiple steps during the manufacture. The major steps are: design printing on 350–380 qr paper, labeling, code printing and wrapping. After design printig the cards go through various state of the art cutting methods in order to achieve the desired shape. Finally the end product passes through strict quality control. Automated high-end German, Italian and Japanese machinery is utilized to realize the entire process of manufacturing.
